A1Pack designs distinctive glass bottles for gin, spirits, olive oil, food and cosmetics brands. We turn an initial concept into a design that considers capacity, ergonomics, brand identity and manufacturing requirements. What defines a custom glass bottle?
A proprietary bottle should express the brand while meeting real filling, closure, labeling, transport and production requirements. We start by defining the product, target capacity, closure system, filling line and estimated quantity. From there, we consider weight, stability, proportions, grip, neck geometry and compatibility with caps or corks.
How A1Pack develops the design
We explore silhouettes, proportions, embossed details and areas for decoration so the bottle is recognizable on a shelf, at a bar or on a table. We build a three-dimensional model, calculate capacity and refine the base, walls, shoulders, neck and mouth for a manufacturer’s technical review.
Depending on the project, the design can include transparent or colored glass, painting, frosting, screen printing, ceramic decals, metallic details, relief or labels. We also review the closure and any accessories, such as a cork, cap, pourer or capsule, for compatibility with the bottle opening and product.
From concept to a production-ready bottle
We collect the project requirements, develop design options and prepare visual and technical documentation for discussion with the manufacturer. Once a direction is chosen, we coordinate technical adjustments, mold quotations, samples and finishing options. The client approves each stage before authorizing production. Depending on the scope and budget, deliverables may include renders, a visual prototype or a factory sample.

Production may begin at approximately 6,000 units, subject to the technical and commercial evaluation of each project. A1Pack coordinates design development with the supplier. Each client contracts manufacturing directly and manages international transport and importation. Molds, samples, bottles, decoration, closures and production are quoted separately.
